High School: Multiple varsity letter winner in basketball, volleyball and track. Was all state in track posting best time of 15.91 finishing 3rd in the 100 hurdles and finishing 8th in the 300 hurdles with a personal best of 48.40.
Freshman: Set a personal best in the 55-meter dash at the Northern State Open with a time of 8.14 seconds. Set an indoor personal best in the 200-meters at the Dordt Invitational with a time of 28.89 seconds. Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Vance Butler Invitational with a time of 1:09.63. Placed 7th in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2010 Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Sophomore: Was a member of the winning 4 x 200 meter relay team at the 2011 DAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Placed 6th in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2011 DAC Indoor Track Track and Field Championships with a personal best time of 9.70 seconds. Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Vance Butler Invitational with a time of 1:07.93. Placed 3rd in the 400-meter hurdles at the Sioux Falls Invitational. Placed 3rd in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2011 DAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Junior: Set a personal best in the 5K at the Association of Independent Institutions (A.I.I.) Cross Country Conference Championships with a time of 22:22. Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Wayne State Pre-Season Open. Was a member of the winning 4 x 400-meter relay team in the Independent Open at Black Hills State University. Placed third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Independent Open. Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 1:06.91. Set a personal best in the 100-meter hurdles at the Sioux Falls Relays with a time of 15.89 seconds. Was a member of the runner-up 4 x 400-meter relay team at the Sioux Falls Relays. Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Concordia (Neb.) Twilight.
