Brooke Beaucaire of Dakota State (S.D.) earned her second Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women's Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week, the sixth edition of the cross-country weekly honors were announced Tuesday by the conference office.
She led (RV) Trojans with a career best 6K time of 22 minutes, 42.59 seconds to finish 17
th at the Briar Cliff (Iowa) Open on Oct. 4. The cross country meet featured runners from NCAA Division I schools and several ranked NAIA teams including No. 9 ranked Dordt (Iowa) and (RV) Morningside (Iowa).
Beaucaire registered the second fastest 6K time in Dakota State cross country school history.
Brooke, a native of Beaumont, Calif., is a cyber leadership/intelligence major at Dakota State University.
The Frontier Conference will be holding their virtual cross country media day on Wednesday. DSU is scheduled for 2:20 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Dakota State continues their cross-country action Saturday morning, returning to Sioux Center, Iowa, for the second time this season. The Trojans run in the Holiday Inn Express Classic, hosted by NAIA's nationally ranked Dordt. The women's 6K race kicks off at 10 a.m.
