MADISON, S.D. – The America Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) is pleased to announce their 2025 All-Region teams for NAIA women's volleyball, as chosen by the NAIA selection committee Friday morning.
Each of the nine regions named 14 student-athletes to the All-Region team, and eight players earned honorable mention honors. Additionally, a Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Assistant Coach of the Year were selected for each region.
This year's 198 All-Region first-team or honorable mention players represent 106 different NAIA schools.
Senior setter
Maddi Langerock of Dakota State (S.D.) was named to the North Region All-Region First Team. She was named to the Frontier Conference All-Conference First Team, propelling the Trojans to one of the top offensive teams in NAIA (second in the NAIA with 14.11 kills per set as of Friday afternoon).
Langerock contributed Dakota State's offense with 1,125 set assists (10.42 assists per set), ranking her inside the NAIA's Top 10 in assists per set. She also collected 112 kills (1.04 kills per set), 327 digs (3.03 digs per set), 24 blocks (0.22 blocks per set), and 19 service aces (0.18 aces per set).
Langerock finished her collegiate career by racking up 3,099 set assists at DSU since 2022. She is currently third all-time in set assists, surpassing
Madalyn Groft with 3,040 set assists from 2020-24. Langerock added 1,246 digs, 200 kills, 77 service aces, and 48 blocks during her career.
Maddi is a native of Balaton, Minn. She majors in business marketing at Dakota State University.
