MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State enters their second year of women's soccer, finalizing their 2026 schedule this fall.  The Trojans are scheduled to have six home matches at Dan Beacom Track & Field this fall, opening their regular season at home for the second consecutive year.  The schedule features opponents from the Great Plains Athletic Conference, NCAA Division II competition, and a three-match stretch in the state of Missouri.

Head coach Todd Stank and his squad will tune up for the regular season with a pair of scrimmages in Wyoming, visiting Casper College on Aug. 15 and Gillette College on Aug. 17.

The regular season opens at home on Aug. 22 when the Trojans welcome Hastings (Neb.) to Madison. DSU then hits the road for consecutive matches at Mount Marty (S.D.) on Aug. 26 and NCAA Division II Sioux Falls (S.D.) on Aug. 30 before traveling to College of Saint Mary (Neb.) on Sept. 2.

The Trojans return home on Sept. 4 to host another NCAA Division II Southwest Minnesota State before heading on the road for a pair of contests versus GPAC foes. Late September features a Missouri road swing as DSU visits Columbia (Mo.) on Sept. 24, Stephens (Mo.) on Sept. 26, and Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) on Sept. 29.

October begins with three straight home contests. The Trojans host Nebraska Wesleyan on Oct. 3 on Senior Night, Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) on Oct. 5, and close their home schedule versus Waldorf (Iowa) on Oct. 7.

The Trojans will be an affiliate member of the Cal Pac Conference in women's soccer this fall.  The members of the Cal Pac Conference include Pacific Union, Simpson (Calif.), Stanton (Calif.), and Westcliff (Calif.).

Only four teams will compete in the Cal Pac Women's Soccer postseason tournament, which is slated for Nov. 8 with the semifinals and the championship match on Nov. 10.  The conference tournament takes place at Orange Park in Irvine, Calif., hosted by Westcliff and Stanton.

The winner of the conference tournament will earn an automatic bid to the NAIA Women's Soccer National Tournament Opening Round on Nov. 19, followed by the second round on Nov. 21.  The opening round winners will advance to the final site to be determined later, held on Nov. 30 through Dec. 7.
