Dakota State University

Christian Christianson, an Aberdeen, S.D. native, begins his first year as a student assistant baseball coach for the Trojans.  His primary duties consist of working defensively with the outfielders, assisting with hitting and the junior varsity team.

Prior to being named a student assistant baseball coach at Dakota State, Christianson served as the head baseball coach for the Aberdeen American Legion Post 24 baseball team from 2018-19.  In addition, he was the head baseball coach for Redfield High School in Redfield, S.D. from 2015-17.

Christianson's wife, Nicole, is an academic advisor at Dakota State.  He will be completing his degree in elementary education.
