Rick Reyes comes to the DSU football program after some time off from the gridiron. Originally from Laredo, Texas, Reyes moved to Madison two years ago. Reyes served nine years in the United States Navy and is excited to bring that wealth of knowledge and energy to the team. He has vast experience in speed work and strength training. He is a big volunteer in the Madison community serving many groups throughout the year. Reyes is also currently pursuing his Masters in Human Sciences from South Dakota State University.

Reyes resides in Madison with his wife Amanda, and four daughters Taylor, Molly, Kaitlyn, and Emily.
