Outdoor Track - Ran a personal best 1500 of 4:23.79 at the Wildcat Invite... Set a new best of 10:14.22 in the 3K steeplechase at the USD Twilight... Member of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay team and placed 3rd in the 3K steeplechase at the 2022 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 3rd straight team title

Cross Country - Set a seasons best 8K time of 28:03.0 at the Dordt Holiday Inn Classic... Placed 16th at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU to it's 5th straight team title
Indoor Track - Ran two personal bests at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a mile time of 4:31.93 and a 3K clocking of 9:42.33... Placed 4th in the 800 and 6th in the mile at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships helping DSU to it's second straight team title... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team that finished 13th at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships with the second fastest time in DSU history

Ran 4:13.64 in the 1500 at the USD Tune-Up as a new personal best... Earned All-Conference honors by running a leg on the winning 4 x 800 meter relay and placing second in the 3000 steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:45.49 at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's fourth consecutive championship
