Cross Country - Set a personal best in the 8K at the 2019 NSAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:09, helping DSU win it's 2nd straight team title

Indoor Track - Set an indoor personal best in the 800 of 2:03.06 at the SDSU Holiday Invite... Placed 4th in the 600 and was a member of the 2nd place 4 x 400 meter relay team at the 2020 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 2nd consecutive championship

2020-2021 (Sophomore)

Cross Country - Set a personal best of 27:09 in the 8K at the Briar Cliff Invite... Placed 2nd at the 2020 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 3rd straight title... Placed 217th at the 2020 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

Indoor Track - Set a personal best in the 800 at the Dordt Triangular by running 2:01.09... Placed 4th in the 600 in a personal best of 1:25.99 and placed 3rd in the 800 at the 2021 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors

Outdoor Track - Set a personal best in the 1500 at the Grand View Viking Relays with a time 4:20.32... Set a personal best in the 800 of 2:01.06 at the South Dakota Tune-Up... Placed 4th in the 1500 and 6th in the 800 at the 2021 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU win it's 2nd straight championship

2021-2022 (Junior)

Cross Country - Placed 2nd at the DSU Herb Blakely Invitational... Placed 7th at the 2021 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to it's 4th straight team title... Placed 238th at the 2021 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

Indoor Track - Set a personal best in the 800 at the SDSU D2 Open of 2:00.40... Ran a personal best of 2:36.04 in the 1000 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Placed 4th in the 800 and 8th in the 600 at the 2022 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to the team title... Ran a leg on the the 10th place 4 x 800 relay team at the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships which ran the 2nd fastest time in DSU history of 7:48.00

Outdoor Track - Set a personal best in the 800 of 2:00.03 at the USD Early Bird... Ran 4:13.69 in the 1500 at the South Dakota Challenge for a personal best... Member of the 4 x 800 that ran 7:50.09 at the USD Twilight which was the 6th fastest time in DSU history... Placed 3rd in the 1500, 4th in the 800 and 8th in the 5K at the 2022 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to it's 3rd straight team title

2022-2023 (Senior)

Cross Country - Ran a personal best of 26:42.2 in the 8K at the Dordt Holiday Inn Classic... Placed 10th at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to it's 5th straight team title... Placed 257th at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

Indoor Track - Placed second in the mile at the SDSU DII Invite with a personal best of 4:28.49... Ran the 1600 leg on the fourth fastest distance medley relay team in DSU history at the SDSU Indoor Classic and also set an 800 best of 1:58.35... Earned All-Conference honors by placing second in the 800 and third in the mile at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's second straight team title... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team that placed 13th at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships which ran the second fastest time in DSU history 

Outdoor Track - Ran 4:04.30 in the 1500 at The Monday Meet for a new personal best... Stopped the clock at 1:56.47 for a new 800 personal best at the USD Tune-Up... Earned All-Conference honors by running a leg on the winning 4 x 400 meter relay team, placing second in the 800 and third in the 1500 at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's fourth consecutive team title... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team to the third fastest time in DSU history at the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships as the team ran the 8th fastest time in prelims, narrowly missing qualifying for the final
