Indoor Track - Set an indoor personal best in the 800 of 2:03.61 at the SDSU Classic... Member of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay team at the 2020 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 2nd consecutive championship

2020-2021 (Sophomore)

Cross Country - Set a personal best of 28:08 in the 8K at the Mount Marty Invite... Placed 19th at the 2020 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU win it's 3rd straight title... Placed 291st at the 2020 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

Indoor Track - Set a personal best in the 800 at the Washburn Open by running 1:59.66... Ran 1:25.28 in the 600 at the Mount Marty Lancer Invite in the 600, a new personal best... Won the mile and was a member of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay team at the 2021 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors

Outdoor Track - Set a personal best in the 800 at the South Dakota Tune-Up with a time 1:55.90... Won the 800 and placed 2nd in the 1500 in a new personal best time of 4:17.46 at the 2021 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 2nd straight championship

2021-2022 (Junior)

Cross Country - Placed 6th at the 2021 DSU Herb Blakely Invitational... Set an 8K personal best of 27:41.1 at the Mount Marty Invite... Placed 20th at the 2021 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU to it's 4th straight team title

Indoor Track - Set an indoor 800 personal best of 1:56.95 at the SDSU D2 Open... Won the 600 at the USD Alumni Meet... Won the 600, 4 x 400 relay and 4 x 800 relay as well as placed 2nd in the 800 at the 2022 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to the team title... Member of the 10th place 4 x 800 meter relay team and placed 11th in the 600 at the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships... The 4 x 800 meter relay time of 7:48.00 is the 2nd best in DSU history and the 600 meter time of 1:20.81 is the 3rd best in DSU history

Outdoor Track - Member of the 4 x 800 meter relay team that ran 7:50.09 at the USD Twilight which was the 6th fastest in DSU history... Won the 400 in a personal best of 50.73 as well as won the 800 and 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2022 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 3rd straight team title

2022-2023 (Senior)

Cross Country - Placed 35th at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU to it's 5th straight team title

Indoor Track - Ran the 400 leg on the fourth fastest distance medley relay team in DSU history at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Placed 4th in the 600 and 15th in the 800 at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's second straight team title

Outdoor Track - Placed fourth at The Monday Meet in the 800 with a 1:59.27 clocking... Placed fourth in the 800 at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's fourth consecutive team title... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team to the third fastest time in DSU history at the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships as the team ran the 8th fastest time in prelims, narrowly missing qualifying for the final
