Cross Country - Set a new personal best of 23:45.6 In the 4 mile at the Augustana Twilight, and set and 8k pr of 32:26 at the Blazing Tiger Naia Classic… Placed 97^th at the Frontier Confrence Championships.
Indoor - Competed twice during indoor setting seasons best of 2:14.34 at the SDSU indoor Classic in the 800 and 5:53 in the mile at the SDSU Last chance meet.
Outdoor - Competed three times outdoor hitting a seasons best of 5:10.21 in the 1500.

Cross Country - Set a personal best of 24:35.2 in the 4 mile at the Augustana Twilight and a personal best of 31:28 in the 8k at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic… Placed 49^th at the NSAA Cross Country Championships.
Indoor: Ran a personal best of 10:41.27 in the 3000 and a season’s best of 5:12.59 in the mile… He placed 14^th at the NSAA indoor championships with a personal best of 19:21.98 in the 5k.
Outdoor: Ran seasons bests of 2:17 in the 1500, and 4:46 in the 1500.

Indoor Track & Field - Set a personal best in the 800 at the NAIA Preview with a time of 2:15.18... Ran 5:04.46 for a new personal record in the mile at the DWU Alumni Meet... Placed 10th in the mile at the 2024 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships
Outdoor Track & Field - Broke a personal best in the 800 with a 2:14.08 clocking at the Red Raider Open... Set a 1500 personal best at home by running 4:40.09 at the DSU Twilight... Placed 12th in the 1500 at the 2024 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships
