Cross Country - Placed 10th at the 2020 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping the DSU team win it's third straight conference title, qualifying the team to the national championships... Set a new personal best in the 8K of 27:56 by placing 242nd at the 2020 NAIA National Cross Country Championships
Indoor Track - Set a personal best in the 3000 at the Washburn Open of 9:39.57... Placed 3rd in the 5000 at the 2021 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, running a new personal best of 16:39.61 and earning All-Conference honors
Outdoor Track - Set a new personal best in the 5000 at the USD Twilight by running 16:23.22... Placed 4th in the 10000 at the 2021 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU win it's 2nd straight team title
2021-2022 (Sophomore)
Cross Country - Won the DSU Herb Blakely Invitational... Set a new personal best of 27:12 in the 8K at the Mount Marty Invite... Placed 14th at the 2021 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU to the team title... Placed 268th at the 2021 NAIA Cross Country National Championships
Indoor Track - Set a new personal best in the 5K at the SDSU D2 Open with a time of 16:15.64... Ran 4:51.20 in the mile at the Mount Marty Invite which was a new personal best... Placed 10th in the 5K and 11th in the 3K at the 2022 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships
Outdoor Track - Ran a national qualifying time of 1:13:23 in the half marathon at the Midland Half-Marathon... Set a new personal best in the 5K at the USD Twilight with a time of 16:13.17... Placed 3rd in the 10K with a personal bst of 34:12.01 and 6th in the 5K at the 2022 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win the team title... Finished 32nd in the half-marathon at the 2022 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships

Cross Country - Set a new personal best of 26:38.9 in the 8K at the Dordt Holiday Inn Classic... Placed 3rd at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's fifth straight team title... Placed 299th at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country National Championships
Indoor Track - Broke 16:00 in the 5K with a new personal best of 15:58.84 at the SDSU Holiday Open... Ran 9:23.75 in the 3K at the Mark Schuck Open for a new personal best... Placed 4th in the 5K and 6th in the 3K at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships
Outdoor Track - Placed third in the 10K at the Sioux City Relays with a personal best of 32:52.77... Ran a new all time 5K best of 15:41.94 by placing 4th at the Maverick Open #1... Earned two All-Conference honors by placing second in the 5K and third in the 10K at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to a fourth straight team title
