Outdoor Track & Field - Ran a personal best in the 200 at The DSU Twilight with a 23.98 showing... Earned All-Conference honors by helping DSU win the 4x800 relay at the 2024 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Also placed 6th in the 800 in a seasons best 1:59.93

2022-2023
Cross Country - Ran a personal best in the 8K of 27:07.8 at the Dordt Holiday Inn Classic... Placed 19th at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, helping DSU to it's 5th consecutive team title
Indoor Track & Field - Ran a personal best of 1:57.03 in the 800 at the SDSU DII Invite... Ran the 800 leg on the fourth fastest distance medley relay team in DSU history at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Earned All-Conference honors by placing second in the 600 and 4 x 800 and third in the 800 at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's second straight team championship... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team that placed 13th at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships which ran the second fastest time in DSU history

Indoor Track & Field - Ran a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Classic with a time of 4:37.80... Member of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay team, placed 3rd in the 600 and 5th in the 800 at the 2022 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to the team title... Ran a leg on the 10th place 4 x 800 meter relay team at the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships which ran 7:48.00 for the 10th fastest time in DSU history
Outdoor Track & Field - Ran a personal best in the 400 of 52.74 and in the 800 of 1:58.50 at the South Dakota Challenge... Ran a leg on the 4 x 800 meter relay team that ran 7:50.09 at the USD Twilight which is the 6th fastest time in DSU history... Member of the winning 4 x 800 meter relay and 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2022 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to it's 3rd straight team title
