Won the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and the Runner of the Year Award, helping DSU win it's 5th straight team title... Placed 264th at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country National Championships
Indoor Track & Field - Redshirt season
Outdoor Track & Field - Ran the 1200 leg of the distance medley relay that ran the 4th fastest time in DSU history at the Drake Relays with a time of 10:20.09... Won the 1500 in a personal best and conference record 3:56.70 at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors... Also won the 800 and 4x800 relay... Earned All-American honors and posted the 2nd fastest 800 time in DSU history by running 1:51.64, placing 8th at the 2023 NAIA National Track and Field Championships... Also ran a leg on the 4x800 relay that ran the 3rd fastest time in DSU history with a clocking of 7:38.63

Cross Country - Set a personal best of 26:53.8 at the Mount Marty Invite... Placed 8th at the 2021 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's 4th straight conference title... Placed 262nd at the 2021 NAIA Cross Country National Championships

Won the mile, 800 and 3K at the 2022 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and winning the Most Valuable Track Performer Award while helping DSU win the team title... Anchored the 10th place 4 x 800 meter relay team at the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships which ran 7:48.00 for the 2nd fastest time in DSU history
