Earned All-American honors as a member of the 3rd place 4x800 relay that ran a DSU school record of 7:37.41 at the 2024 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships
Outdoor Track & Field - Set a personal best in the 800 by running 1:53.73 at the Sioux City Relays, placing 2nd... Anchored the 3rd place sprint medley relay that set a DSU school record of 3:27.84 at the Drake Relays... Member of the 1st place 4x800 relay and 4x400 relay as well as placed 4th in the 1500 at the 2024 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU to it's 5th consecutive title... Ran a leg on the 12th place 4x800 relay at the 2024 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships that posted the 5th fastest time in DSU history of 7:39.75

Cross Country - Placed 6th at the 2022 NSAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Conference honors and helping DSU win it's fifth straight team title... Set a new personal best in the 8K of 26:05.5 by placing 173rd at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country National Championships
Indoor Track & Field - Set a mile personal best at the SDSU Indoor Classic by running 4:26.76... Ran a leg on the 2nd place 4x800 relay and placed 4th in the mile at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's 2nd straight team title... Member of the 4x800 relay that placed 13th at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 7:47.30 which is the 2nd fastest in DSU history
Outdoor Track & Field - Ran 1:54.75 for a personal best in the 800 at the Sioux City Relays... Ran the 800 leg on the distance medley relay that ran the 4th fastest time in DSU history of 10:20.09... Placed 2nd in the 1500 and 3rd in the 800 at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping DSU to it's 4th straight title...
