Hi, my name is Carrington Entringer and I’m an outfielder from Dell Rapids, SD. I graduated from Baltic High School where I was a four-sport letter athlete and a member of the National Honors Society. Playing softball at the collegiate level has always been a dream of mine since the age of six years old. I came to DSU as a transfer student my senior year and I’m currently in my fifth year of college because I wanted to play an extra year of softball. I will be student teaching next year as I’m majoring in Elementary education. After graduating from DSU I hope to become an Elementary teacher in a second-grade classroom and possibly coach softball at the high school or collegiate level.

A little bit more about me is I have eight siblings, three older siblings, two younger half-siblings, and three step siblings. My favorite color is yellow, and my favorite food is Mac n Cheese. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, hanging out with friends, and being active. I like all kinds of music it just depends on what mood I’m in. My favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy, but I have a soft spot for older movies like Breakfast Club, Grease, and Footloose. I really love Snickers candy bars. My dream vacation would be to visit Amsterdam and see the Anne Frank Museum.
