Dakota State University

Carter Tifft will be entering his first season at Dakota State University as an assistant athletic trainer.

Tifft received his master’s in athletic training from Iowa State University in 2024.  He also earned his bachelor’s degree from ISU in 2022. 

While studying graduate school at Iowa State, Tifft worked primarily with the cross country and track teams.  The Cyclones placed fifth at the 2023 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.

Tifft was raised in Spirit Lake, Iowa, where he graduated from Spirit Lake High School in 2019.
