Cross Country: Set a 6k best of 23:21.9 at the Dordt University-Holiday Inn Express Classic… Placed 38^th at the Frontier Conference Cross County Championships.
Indoor Track & Field: Set a new PR in the 800 of 2:29.56, as well as posting seasons bests of 11:23.80 (3000), 5:34.28 (mile), and 3:26.83 (1000).
Outdoor Track & Field: Set Pr’s of 11:53.45 (3000S), and 2:28.71 (800)… Her mark of 11:53.45 improves her DSU number 4 all time mark from the previous year… Placed 2^nd in the 3000S, and 20^th in the 800 at the Frontier Conference Championships… Qualified for nationals in the 4x800 as an alternate.


2024-2025
Cross Country: Ran a Cross Country 5k PR of 19:20.2 at the Augustana Twilight and a 6k PR of 23:31.6 at the Dordt Holiday Inn Express Classic… Was a member of the North Star Conference winning  women’s team placing 7^th… Placed 177^th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships.
Indoor Track & Field: Set new PR’s of 5:24.07(mile) and 3:14.72 (1000)… Was a member of the 3^rd fastest DMR in DSU history, who ran a time of 10:54.10… Was a member of the school record breaking 4x800, who ran a time of 9:36.83, that squad would go on to lower the record to 9:33.48 at the NAIA national Championships… Part of the NSAA Conference Champion 4x800 as well as placing 3^rd in the mile and 11^th in the 3000… Qualified for Indoor Nationals in the 4x800 where the team placed 18^th.
Outdoor Track & Field: Set new PR’s of 11:56.54 (3000S), 4:58.56 (1500), and 2:31.51 (800)… Her mark of 11:56.54 puts her 4^th In school history… Was a member of the 2^nd fastest outdoor DMR squad with a mark of 12:46.08,and a member of the 2^nd fastest outdoor 4x800 In school history with a mark of 9:48.05… member of the Conference Champion 4x800, placed 2^nd in the 3000S, and 6^th in the 1500 at the NSAA Conference Championships.


2023-2024
Cross Country - Placed 21st at the 2024 NSAA Cross Country Championships in her debut for DSU and helping DSU to a runner-up finish
Indoor Track & Field - Set a personal best of 11:16.28 in the 3K at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet... Ran a leg on the winning 4x800 relay team at the 2024 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors
Outdoor Track & Field - Won the steeplechase at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 12:21.46... Ran the 1200 leg of the DSU school record distance medley relay that posted a time of 12:34.76 at the Drake Relays... Set a personal best in the 1500 at the Maverick Open #1 with a time of 5:03.32... Ran the 3rd fastest 3000 steeplechase time in DSU history at the USD Invite by running 11:58.28... Won the 3000 steeplechase at the 2024 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors

Before DSU - Personal bests of 5:34.63 in the 1600 and 12:14.52 in the 3200... Placed 12th in both the 1600 and 3200 at the 2023 Nebraska Class C State Track and Field Championships
