Indoor Track & Field - Earned All-Conference honors by placing third in the mile at the 2023 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best of 5:41.97... Ran a leg on the third place 4 x 800 meter relay team and placed 10th in the 3K
Outdoor Track & Field - Earned two All-Conference honors at the 2023 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships by placing third in the 1500 with a personal best time of 5:04.55 and running a leg on the runner-up 4 x 800 meter relay team which posted the third fastest time in DSU  history...
