Cross Country: Set an New PR in the Cross Country 5k of 19:16.9 at the Augustana Twilight… Placed 7^th at the Frontier Conference Cross Country Championships.
Indoor: Set New PR’s of 18:20.25 (5000), 10:12.15 (3000), and 2:25.49 (800)… Her Mark of 10:12.15 is 2^nd all time at DSU… Her 18:20.25 timing in the 5000 puts her 4^th in DSU History…A member of the School record breaking 4x400 meter squad with a time of 3:58.50… Ran on the 2^nd fastest 4x800 meter team in DSU history, who ran a time of 9:36.11… Placed 2^nd in the 3000 and 5000, 6^th in the mile, 8^th in the 800, as well as being on the 4^th place 4x800 squad at the Frontier Indoor Track and Field Championships… Qualified for Nationals in the 3000 and placed 18^th with a time of 10:29.80… She also was a member of the 4x800 meter squad whose mark of 9:36.11 is number 2 in DSU History.
Outdoor: New PR’s of 18:03.21 (5000) and 2:24.76 (800)… Her mark of 18:03.21 in the 5k is the 3^rd fastest in school history… Helped the women’s squad Win the Frontier Conference Championships, by placing 3^rd in the 5000, 14^th in the 1500, and was a member of the 2^nd place 4x800 squad… at the Concordia Twilight she was a member of a 4x800 meter squad who ran 9:11.29, that mark a New School Record, and National Qualifying Mark… The 4x800 meter team went on to place 19^th at NAIA Outdoor Nationals.

2024-2025
Cross Country: Ran a new PR in the Cross Country 5k of 19:27.4 at the Dordt Sunflower Opener… Placed 3^rd at NSAA Cross Country Championships and was a member of the winning women’s Squad… Placed 158^th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships.
Indoor: Red Shirt
Outdoor: Set new PR’s of 44:10.69 (10,000) and 69.62 (400)… Placed 5^th in the 10,000 and 7^th in the 5000 at the NSAA Conference Championships.



2023-2024
Cross Country - Set a DSU school record for 6K at the Briar Cliff Invite, placing 9th and running 21:57.9... Won the Lancer Cross Country Invitational... Won the 2024 NSAA Cross Country Championships by running 22:30.6, leading DSU to a 2nd place finish... Earned All-American honors with a 22:28.6 clocking at the 2024 NAIA Cross Country Championships, placing 35th
Indoor Track & Field - Ran the 3rd fastest mile in DSU history with a time of 5:16.92 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet... Ran a personal best for 3K at the NAIA Preview, placing 2nd in 10:26.75 which is the 4th fastest time in DSU history... Also anchored the distance medley relay to a DSU school record of 12:39.08, placing 2nd... Won the 3K at the DWU Alumni Meet with a time of 10:34.63... Won the 5K, 3K and placed 3rd in the mile at the 2024 NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors
Outdoor Track & Field - Ran 4:50.93 in the 1500 at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic which is the 5th fastest time in DSU history, placing 2nd... Set the 2nd best time in DSU history in the 3000 steeplechase at the USD Early Bird with a clocking of 11:47.30... Placed 2nd in the 3000 steeplechase at the 2024 NSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning All-Conference honors

Before DSU - Personal bests of 4:50.15 in the 1500, 10:28.53 in the 3K and 38:29 in the 10K... Placed 4th in the 3K at the 2023 Baltic U20 Team Championships held in Parnu, Estonia
