April 11, 2021

MAYVILLE, N.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) wrapped up their 12-game softball road stretch Sunday afternoon, concluding their North Star Athletic Association four-game series at Jerome Berg Field versus Mayville State (N.D.).  The Trojans fell short in another pitcher's duel in the first game, despite a walk-off 1-0 victory by the Comets in the bottom seventh inning.  DSU held a 3-2 but could not overcome MSU's nine-run fifth-inning explosion in 11-3 setback in the series finale.
