MADISON, S.D. – The Dakota State University Trojan softball team took part of their first-ever Frontier Conference virtual media day Tuesday.  The league softball virtual media day took place via on the conference's YouTube page with commissioner Dr. Scott Crawford and emcee Rocky Erickson.

Dakota State opens their season on Feb. 13-14 with four games in the first American State Bank Sports Complex Softball Tournament Classic against Great Plains Athletic Conference members.  The Trojans will also play another four-game slate on the following weekend on Feb. 20-21 against GPAC schools.
