MADISON, S.D. – The Dakota State University Trojan baseball team was on the inaugural Frontier Conference Virtual Media Day Thursday.  The conference baseball virtual media day took place via the league's YouTube page with commissioner Dr. Scott Crawford and emcee Rocky Erickson.

Dakota State opens their 2026 season in the Cajun Collision on Feb. 6-7 in Sterlington, La.  The four-game slate includes facing the NAIA's defending national champion and undefeated team from last year LSU-Shreveport, which opens the 2026 season with a No. 1 preseason national ranking.
